It was truly a relief to find Jan Deckard! After having gone through a very negative experience with another realtor which resulted in losing a house for which I was in negotiations, I was feeling very down about the buying process. I had been closely tracking homes for sale on Zillow and when one popped up early in the morning, I immediately called on it. Jan was the realtor and she was able to secure a showing appointment within hours! A few hours later (after I canceled another appointment at a different house!) I made an offer. From that point on, Jan demonstrated professional qualities which exceeded my expectations, including consistent and timely communication (text, email, and phone calls), thorough step-by-step explanations of the process, paperwork completed online, and a cheerful and encouraging demeanor. I have been in my new home for two weeks and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Jan Deckard if you are looking for the highest quality realtor.
