After having gone through a very negative experience with another realtor which resulted in losing a house for which I was in negotiations, I was feeling very down about the buying process. Jan was the realtor and she was able to secure a showing appointment within hours! A few hours later (after I canceled another appointment at a different house!) I made an offer.
