She made many recommendations, but left decision making totally to me. And when in a tight spot she fought like a tiger to represent my position. The sale itself went very fast and smoothly, but there were complications with a trust, power-of-attorney, etc. and she was able to help us work through the legal issues involved. We very much appreciated her friendly, knowledgeable assistance in all aspects of getting the house ready and completing the sale.
