Jan was phenomenal!! When we first met, I knew she was the agent for us! She was knowledgeable, funny, trustworthy, and honest. During our search for a location she sent us daily emails to review based on our wish list. We finally decided on new build and Jan was with us for every meeting ensuring we were supported and knew the right questions to ask. She would meet us at the site weekly and if we weren’t able to be there she would stop by on our behalf.
