Jan Byrd

I first contacted Jan in the fall of 2013. I was considering buying a condo but had only moved to Atlanta a few weeks prior. She was super patient and helped me explore different areas of Atlanta as well as different styles of condos. I didn't end up buying anything until the following spring in 2014 (entirely because of my own lease schedule). During this time, Jan kept in touch and sent me listings that she thought were a good fit for what I was looking for. As a first time buyer the whole process (bidding, mortgage paperwork, etc.) was super confusing. Luckily, Jan walked me through the whole process and explained how things worked. She even told me things my mortgage agent should have told me and failed to do so. Finally, even after the signing and receiving the keys, Jan reached out to make sure I had settled in fine. Given this is my first experience, I can't actually say how Jan compares to other agents, but I can say that I feel incredibly lucky that Jan was my agent.
