She remembered us right away and listened to what we were looking for. She was very knowledgeable and extremely capable of navigating us through the entire process. She has years of experience and is connected to well respected resources and has established relationships with other agents in different agencies as well. Jan is phenomenal. She has a ton of expertise and is able to guide anyone through the entire buying/selling process. I first worked with her nearly 9 years ago when I purchased my first home. I just worked with her again, this time as seller of my mom's home. My wife and I found a house that did not yet hit the MLS. The home was be remodeled; Jan was able to get in touch with the Contractor/Listing agent/Owner quickly. Because of her quick responses, her excellent networking, and communication skills in the process we avoided many of the road bumps we had in previous transactions with other agents. She again and again established a time table and issued all parties including the appraiser, inspector's, contractor, etc met all the deadlines needed so Closing happened the day it was suppose to.
