This is the second time we've used Jan Anderson as our realtor. The first was to buy a new home and the most resent was to sell a rental we had owned for the past 10 years. She is amazing to work with! Jan is very knowledgeable and really listens to your concerns and desires. She is not pushy but gets the job done effectively. She provided us with the necessary feedback to get our townhouse ready to sell quickly in an area that's not the most sought after. Jan was fabulous from every aspect. Counseled us, worked with us on both purchase and sale. Amazing person, went above and beyond. Even showed our house to our eventual buyer for the purchasers agent when he couldn't, shortly after her own surgery.

Jan is absolutely great! I used her for the purchase and sale of a home in the past and was so impressed I chose to use her again for the purchase of a condo.
