When people say - "You know real estate can get complicated." - my predicament must have been the example by which they said this. After a very long legal battle, I had decided it was time to sell my property in the Acreage community. To do so, I first reached out to Zillow for basic assistance and local realtor information as I was living out of state and had no local "friends and family" contacts.
