When I knew my family was going to be relocating to the Phoenix area I started to research family neighborhoods. I contacted a couple of realtors and Jamison was extremely prompt. I had a conversation with him about our budget and where we wanted to be. He is very knowledgeable about the market and what the gap was in our budget as to where we wanted to be. We were able to get our budget aligned with our neighborhood of choice. When I gave him the information on our commutes and our sons future kindergarten he was able to find exactly what we needed in a perfect location for work and school. They were friendly, very responsive and really listened to what were were looking for. Since we were new to the area we also relied on them for giving us honest opinions about areas as well. Moving from California we weren’t there to check out homes in person but Jamison and Dustin were happy to visit homes we were interested in and either face time or shoot videos which we felt was awesome, it was almost like being there in person.
