When I first met Jamison , it was more of him trying to get my business. He did a nice print out and book about my house and he also took the time to come out and meet me at my house. Sit down find out what my needs were asking prices were But what set him apart in the very beginning was he set the expectations realistically. He basically took my house and said listen. You need to do some work on this before we get ready to go. I’ll come back in two months and we’ll see where you’re at. Two months later he called me up and asked are you ready? I said no I need another month. Then he came back in a month he said are you ready now? I said yes and he came in and said no you’re not. Then couple short weeks later he came in and said OK we’re getting there. Let’s start by making sure this place is cleaned up and ready for buyers to come walking through. And that I did. Everyone has personal struggles in life and I am no different from them, my struggles were surviving a divorce, dealing with teenage kids and trying to make the best life I could while dealing with a lot of mental trauma. Jamison understood all of this Jamison actually related to it in a way where he has friends that have gone through everything I’ve already been through so he took more of a personal approach with me and Absolutely created an environment where I wasn’t feeling rushed. I wasn’t feeling like I was getting a sales rep selling me. There are a lot of real estate agents out there that post about how good they are and how good their team is, but I’m just gonna tell you straight up right now. Jameson is way way way better than all of them. He understood exactly what needed to be done and he he helped me in a lot of different ways from making sure that the house is cleaned paying for a dumpster paying for a few things that he didn’t have to pay for he even insured that I made money in the closing even though I wasn’t going to I can’t say enough nice things about Jamison . He’s one of the best.
