Four stars for local knowledge is only because she was not from our area so we don't hold it against her. Jamila is the right agent for anyone who does not want to deal with a stuffed shirt who enjoys hearing their own head rattle. She is a warm, friendly personality with a positive "can do"attitude. She just helped me buy an investment property in Lemay. It was a foreclosure and a cash sale, so not the average transaction. Start to finish, she was on the ball. Tenacious, conscientious and actively driving the (selling) bank towards my goal of an early closing date, which she made happen. Initially she showed me properties all over the greater metro area and had good advice when I needed it. Now that the closing has gone off without any problems, I look forward to working with her again soon.
