Jamie had "done her homework" prior to our first meeting and knew what I needed to know about the local market, comps, and the steps we needed to take to sell the house. As I told her, she is effective, efficient, bright and so kind. She helped me do the work needed to prep the house and sold it in the time frame she projected.
