Step by step communication was awesome through the entire process. She marketed my property very well, exposed it to the largest possible group of interest, and was able to close the sale beyond the listing price. If you want a realtor who will get into the crawlspace and attic with you, can explain mortgage options in plain English, point out what to look for in a property that might affect its maintenance and value, even help you review paperwork from the bank, and who you actually enjoy spending time with, I would highly recommend Jamie.
