I am so blessed to have found Jamie Terry for my buyers agent for my move to League City. She is a miracle worker. There was a specific new build home that I really wanted but the builder said they “never take contingencies” because their homes sell so fast. Never say never with Jamie! By the end of the day she had not only negotiated a contingency offer but negotiated a lucrative sellers contribution to closing, appliance package, blinds and a fantastic mortgage rate if I used their lender. I couldn’t believe my eyes!! I kept asking her, how in the world did you do that? “I just like to negotiate, Dana.” haha Here I am 3 weeks later moving into the home of my dreams. She surprised me with a huge welcome sign in my front yard. She is far and above the best buyers agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you Jamie!!
