She gave solid advise that helped make our house more saleable and then brought decorative items to better dress the house to make it more appealing to buyers. She even brought plants for our porch and I'm pretty sure went over to water them on a regular basis. She helped to successfully troubleshoot a challenging transaction when we were purchasing a house and the person who was buying our old house kept on delaying the purchase. She made sure all parties were aware of the delays and how things were progressing. In the 9 real estate transactions I have been a party to in my lifetime, Jaime is the best agent I have worked with.
