Jamie Seneca listed our home in Tamarac, which we had owned as a vacation home for eleven years and had been in our family for over forty years. She ensured that all the steps in preparing the house for sale are accomplished in a timely manner. I She listed the home and advertised an Open House over a weekend. Professional pictures were taken. It was well marketed and there was an excellent turnout. We received multiple offers including offers over the asking price. She helped us evaluate the offers and select one that closed on schedule. Without Jamie’s knowledgeability, marketing skill and energy we would not have had such a successful experience.
