I met Jamie when I began house-hunting in Colorado, and I'm so lucky I did. Jamie understood my unique vision, helped me find a property with all of the potential to fulfill it, and structured my offer in a way that helped me stand out among much more established potential buyers without pushing me to offer above asking. The seller of the house I that I wanted to buy had an expedited schedule and was pushing us to close within 2 weeks (which included a 4-day, Independence Day holiday!). Needless to say, we beat the competing offers and closed on time - all within ~10 business days of seeing the house for the first time.
