Just parted ways with an agent from another Brokerage due to actions I felt were un-professional and un-ethical. It was great to meet Jamie and I plan to work with her exclusively on my residential property purchases and sales.

Jamie was wonderful to work with! She worked hard to fins houses that would potentially fit the needs of our family (which was not an easy task!) We walked a home together earlier in the year and it fit all of our criteria (home office, 4 bedrooms, privacy, land for a horse, close to school, ect.) but was a bit above our budget. The day that the seller dropped the price down into our budget, she immediately sent it over to us to reconsider. We walked through and immediately put in an offer. The offer was accepted and we are now the proud owner of our dream home! Jamie still texts me after closing to see how things are going, she is a wonderful, caring, hard working realtor and now a good friend! Such a blessing! I would, and I have, recommended her to family and friends for their real estate needs.

The process of buying a home has a lot of moving parts. Jamie stays on top of the process, checking the things that need to be checked. Her knowledge of the Lancaster/Fairfield market is superb.
