I have purchased several homes with Jamie's help. As an investor, time is of the essence and knowledge of these types of purchases (including 1031 exchange) is integral. I needed someone that would respond quickly and get out to properties to both vet out the area and the home itself. I work during the day so was not able to do this myself but Jamie made the process easy by taking videos and learning what my likes and dislikes were. She also attends all of the necessary appointments, including inspection and stays on top of all of the pieces that comprise a purchase ensuring both the sellers and seller's agent and title are all doing their part. Lastly, I'm new to Ocala, but she grew up here, so she was able to guide me regarding the different areas in Marion County. I will purchase more homes next year with her help!
