A complicated order

Jamie sold our previous house for us and when we found our dream house it turned out to be a complicated process. The sellers agent was barely present and not well informed. The land that the New House was built on was incumbered in the builders mortgage and a parcel release had to be done. This process took 6 months but without Jamie working to get everything done we would still be waiting to close.
