Jamie was referred to us by a relative. We had alot of criterias to meet and a tight time line to close. Jamie helped us meet them all. She was in constant contact with us and easy to reach anytime we had questions. She helped us with our home inspection as well as a fireplace inspection (extremely important to have). During our negotiations with seller, Jamie guided us, communicated with sellers agent and helped us get a fair price for all involved. Our closing was set up at our convenience day, time and location. Jamie selected a wonderful lawfirm to handle our closing and title search. Our closing was short, smooth and extremely easy.
