The main thing I can say is Jamie and her team were beyond awesome!! Because of some issues with the buyer, things drug on for 6 months and she was there every step of the way. She kept us motivated when we felt low and always answered my calls, text and emails in a timely fashion. It was a pleasure working with this team. We have a unique perspective in that we had placed our house for sale the year prior and it had not sold. This time around we have 2 offers over asking in 48 hours and no, we did not price it lower than we had a year ago.
