We can't say enough about the professionalism provided by Jamie in the purchase of our new home. After showing us a listing of a property we definitely wanted to acquire, within hours on a Friday night, she had written up the contract, had us sign remotely and had it presented to the sellers agent that evening including a deadline designed to preempt a possible bidding war. She worked with us and the sellers agent on a variety of matters, many of which we had not even thought about. She guided us through the closing process and had great advice regarding contractors and service providers we would need to engage after the purchase.
