Jamie has been working with us to find a 'last stop' house in the Paradise/Chico areas to relocate out of the Bay Area. Over the years I have worked with different agents and she ranks at the top in terms of service, knowledge of the area, and responsiveness. One thing I value most is her honesty in considering whether a particular property is a good fit for us. She cites all the pluses and minuses and offers her opinion as well. I like it when an agent actually talks me out of buying a particular property -- then I know she is really looking for right fit for us! Jamie has considerable experience with and knowledge of the trades which is especially helpful in assessing the condition and amount of work a house might need. She is the best!

I called Remax of Paradise and asked to speak with the most aggressive realtor in the office. I got connected to Jamie and was not disappointed. We were looking for a place in Magalia, but ended up in Oroville, and Jamie was with us every step. We moved in from out of state on a Friday night and Jamie was showing us places early Saturday afternoon. In less than two weeks, we are now in our home (yes, we bought a home in 2 weeks). Jamie is not only aggressive, but really great to work with, very accessible, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and really went to bat for us. If we decide to move to a new home (unthinkable right now), Jamie will get the call to sell our place AND help us with a new one.
