I highly recommend Jamie Lang as a realtor. She served as my agent in buying a home and in every capacity, she was excellent. I was a novice to this process, and Jamie led me throughout the process, always patient with my lack of knowledge and she provided excellent and understandable explanations. Immediately upon starting to work with me, Jamie set up an automatic feed of new homes in the area I was looking, and was always willing to show houses in the area for me. She was up to date on new listings, and thus was able to get in to see several houses immediately when they came on the market, which provided an advantage given the shortage of homes on the market. This also meant I was able to see and submit a bid on the house that I eventually purchased. In navigating the buying process, Jamie's expertise again proved invaluable - she was able to negotiate with a difficult selling agent and lead me through the process. She knows the process, knows where to focus, and achieves satisfactory results. SHe was a great communicator, always letting me know what was happening and what I needed to be doing. I am extremely satisfied with Jamie's service as a realtor and highly recommend her. I had read reviews prior to retaining Jamie, and every accolade applied to Jamie is true. You can't go wrong with her as your agent, for buyer or seller.

Jamie Lang is the most amazing broker I have ever dealt with! I needed to sell a condo urgently in mid March, 2020 when the COVID pandemic was taking off. I engaged Jamie Lang to sell the condo on the recommendation of a friend. Shortly after I engaged her, California went into lockdown. I thought for sure that we would not be able to sell the condo and complete the transaction for many months until the lockdown lifted. Jamie Lang took charge immediately, anticipated every potential obstacle and delay, and tightly managed the entire process to closing. Due to her exceptional competence and commitment, all transactions were completed rapidly. She held an open house and sold the condo on the first day obtaining two bids above the asking price. She skillfully negotiated to get the highest and most reliable bid. One of the signatures required for the sale was from an individual in an assisted living facility. She anticipated the problems with access to this facility, and arranged with the assisted living management to set up a table outside the facility, brought a notary, and had all the signing done just before the facility went into total lockdown. Jamie's tireless efforts made the whole process seamless and easy, not withstanding the challenging circumstances. I would highly recommend Jamie! Jamie was AMAZING! She helped my husband and I buy our dream home, which involved moving from Los Angeles area to Sacramento. She couldn’t have been easier or nicer to work with. Not only did we have an expert negotiator, skilled real estate pro who caught some things even the home inspector find, but we had a friend who cared about us in the process. When I flew in for the inspection, Jamie picked me up from the airport and even had snacks for us since it was a long day. When we moved in, Jamie had left us some waters and snacks in the fridge so we could have a little something during a long moving day. That’s next level service and showed a genuine care and concern for us. Throughout the process, she followed up with all the repairs, since we were out of town, and kept on top of everything so we had one less thing to worry about. Honestly, I don’t ever want to move again because I found my dream home, but I’d only ever use Jamie if ever I sell or buy another home.

My wife and I asked Jamie to find our "dream" retirement home in the Granite Bay/Folsom/ El Dorado Hills area. She was always available to show us properties and answer all of our questions. We lived out of the area and Jamie would text us when new homes were listed. Once we found a beautiful home in Folsom she worked with the selling realtor and made sure we got it, even though there were many offers. Jamie went above and beyond showing us the area and making us feel welcome. She was a pleasure to work with.

My girlfriend and I used Jamie to both purchase our first home and list our rental property. I honestly wish I could rate her more than 5 stars in every category.
