Jamie Hernandez

My wife and I had been keeping an eye on a resale home in the Port Saint Lucie vicinity and we were on many realtors’ email listings. As we became more serious in our search, we chose Jamie Hernandez from Baron Real Estate. One of the main reasons for this decision was because Jamie was able to share with us the listings usually a day or two prior to receiving them from other agents. Once we saw a home become available that we considered making an offer for, Jamie was very helpful in giving us her professional opinion as to the housing market and the asking price. We decided to make an offer substantially lower than the asking price as we were in no immediate rush to purchase a home. After several months of the home still being available, Jamie contacted the seller’s agent and asked if they would still reconsider our original offer. That same afternoon, we agreed on a price that both parties were happy with. Jamie has been extremely patient with me and all of my emails and phone calls. Like clockwork, she always notified me of important deadlines and then re-confirmed that these deadlines were met. Jamie is very professional, caring, knowledgeable and responsible and I would definitely recommend her real estate services to everyone!
