Jamie Hering far exceeded my expectations as a realtor. As an out of town home seller I was nervous heading into the process. My home needed some work and I could sell it 'as is' or I could make some improvements to maximize the value of the property. Jamie laid out the options and gave her recommendation. She even volunteered to serve as a project manager for the improvements since I was 1500 miles away. I knew right then and there that I had selected the right realtor. She wanted my business and was going to work hard to help me get the most out of my property. Her communication was on point, her follow through was impressive, and the end result was better than I could have imagined. I wish there were 10 stars I could give her and her team. Do yourself a favor and give Jamie a chance when buying or selling a home. You won't be disappointed.
