Jamie recently sold our home for us while we are living abroad and unable to return to the US. If there is such a thing as white glove service for home selling, that is what we got. Jamie went way beyond what you would expect from a realtor. First she helped clean/organize/declutter and prepare our house for the market. She met contractors at the house to oversee painting and minor repairs. She got us an amazing offer before the house was even officially listed. Finally, Jamie collected quotes and found packers/movers and a place to store our belongings. She even went to the house to oversee the packing and moving. We were very skeptical about trying to sell the house, both about the logistics of not being there and the price we could get. Jamie quickly put us at ease, assuring us that she didn’t mind handling everything and that is exactly what she did. She was also right on the money about the selling price. Jamie is a knowledgeable realtor who truly cares about her clients and is willing to go the extra mile to help sell your home.
