Jamie Goodnight

Jamie was the second agent/broker I hired. Im an investor and since I generally find my own agent I thought that it really didn't matter who I had "do the paperwork". I hired another agent because she was willing to drive further to other areas. The other agent was newer and very helpful and motivated, also came referred from friends to help her with her career. Im back to primarily using Jamie Goodnight again. Its very simple. She knows the industry inside and out and closed deals others could not. She has the right connections for tricky situations. Truly a valuable professional.

Jamie took on the task of helping me with my post fire property. Because of many distressing life events over the last couple of years, I did not have it in me to do the restoration and decided to do an “as is” sale. Being an hour and a half away made it difficult for me to manage this myself. I knew it would be tough, but she got it done. She did her best to maximize, but in the end and due to a “deadline” I needed to meet, I had to do some soul searching and make some tough decisions. I am completely at peace with the outcome.
