She. personally attended every showing, pointing out all of the unique features of their home and was completely informed about all of the membership categories and associated costs of their country club home. In November 2020, my friend Brian and I traveled to Fort Lauderdale to begin looking for a home (for Brian) and a condo (for me). We began by going to a few open houses. At one of the open houses, we met Jamie. The truth is, I had every reason to walk away from the purchase of my condo. Given that I could not be present, due to my work travel schedule, Jamie 'stood in' for me at every level of the inspection and review process. Issues? Wow! Mold was discovered in the kitchen area that had to be remediated by seller (who had no insurance). Jamie reviewed every issue / item with me and provided the available options. She was amazing - working to get the 'buy-in' from the selling agent, improving our odds of getting remedy from the seller for a number of arising issues. She has an amazing capacity to represent her clients, while creating an exceptional working relationship with the selling broker, the attorney and my lender. She managed the entire process. Jamie's professionalism and ethics are enough to set her apart from other brokers. However, Jamie is such an outstanding individual - she offered, again and again, to drive me around to: 1) get to know the area, to purchase bikes, and so on! We continue to communicate almost daily.
