We had never worked with Jamie before a friend recommended him. I was thinking of using someone else but thought we should meet with him first just to see his presentation. He showed up that first day with a total plan on how to sell our home with a solid strategy on how to do that. We were so impressed we decided to work with him right then. And boy oh boy are we glad we did!! From first to last this cycle was a real roller coaster ride and really put us through our paces. We constantly looked to Jamie to find solutions to the ever-increasing problems that this house kept presenting. I'll spare you the details but suffice to say Jamie always knew what to do to solve the problems and in a couple of instances I found him to be a downright magician, pulling solutions out of his hat! He also kept his head and remained very calm (so appreciated!). We had to leave the area before the close of the deal so we asked him to handle everything from there on our behalf and he did such a wonderful job of getting the deal to a done!! He was just the best !! He really was!!
I found Jamie on Angie's List as a Top Clearwater area realtor, and he met and exceeded expectations. We had a bad experience with our rental management company that was also acting as our seller agent, and Jamie helped save a bad situation. He's knowledgeable and tech savvy, which was especially important as I live overseas and we had to coordinate with my co-owner brother as well. He helped us deal with an uncooperative tenant who still occupied the house at the beginning of the listing, and has very good connections to get things repaired. I highly recommend Jamie for either selling or buying a home in the area.

Jamie Everett was the realtor for the sale of my house, which closed mid-January 2014. He was extremely helpful in ALL aspects of the sale and then some.
