My husband and I the Keeten family sold our home in California and Jamie was nothing more then perfect. She is a rare diamond and if i could carry her every where when it comes to selling or buying. She went to limits of finding us a realtor in Vegas and we love our team and our team was fantastic. During the selling she handled paper work, she went to the court to sort out paper work taking tiredless time out of her day but we could have went but she felt she could take care of it and she did because here was so many things we didn't understand. She went over everything no matter how small. She made sure all three of us were always on the same page. She didn't nothing with out our consent. Lastly even on vacation she was calling and checking in and I told her if you call my phone one more I am going to whip. Enjoy and what need to be taken care will get done when you get back. That is how dedicated she is to her job, the people she may sell to or the new home owners. She always take care of everyone. You just don't find customer service like hers very much. People want text, email and facetime; but not her. And that is what I like. We have been in our home for almost four years and still helps with guidance so she never for gets you.
