Jamie Doris helped me prepare the house for sale, helped with staging, hired a professional photographer, and put together a beautiful listing. The transaction was smooth as Jamie coordinated with inspectors and anyone else that needed access to the house. Jamie was amazing! We let her know we were ready to sell, and what our deadline was for. She had the property listed within a day, set up for photos and advised us of next steps. The house had multiple requests for viewings in less than 24 hours and she made time to make those viewings, resulting an offer being placed and accepted less than 24 hours of being on the market! Afterwards, she sent us all the required documents to sign as soon as they were available and explained each one so we understood the process.
