Jamie Cole is the best! My boyfriend and I were looking at homes for a few months with another realtor, but saw no results and when we did want to put in offers there was no sense of urgency on our realtors part (that is when we called Jamie I was NOT happy at all with the other one) Within about a month or so with Jamie we put our first offer in with her and she MADE IT HAPPEN!! (And fast!) We were not even the best offer! Due to unfortunate circumstances in the family we were really forcing this move and needed every kind of assistance and understanding possible on everyones part, but Jamie was the perfect person for the job. We could not be happier in our first home together and it is all because we called Jamie!

I had some experience with Jamie 8 years ago when I was looking for a house in the Irwin area, I ended up buying a house that was for sale by owner and she was a huge help then. I knew that when I decided to sell that same house that Jamie was the agent that I needed. She came over and we went through the house explaining everything that would be looked at and what would be considered assets to the house. It took me a few weeks to get everything ready to show the house and Jamie was extremely patient with me. Jamie knew the market and was able to sell my house in just 3 days. Jamie was beyond knowledgeable about every detail that goes into selling a house.....from telling us what to expect from the showings, ie. how to prepare for them, what the buyers feedback might be, how to prepare for the inspection and what to do afterwards, how quickly to get ready for closing and the walk thru and finally to closing. And even though Jamie ended up getting quite sick during our sale, she continued to work hard and keep communications with us open so that we knew exactly what we needed to do and what the buyers were doing. Jamie allowed the sale of our house to be an extremely easy and fast process.
