Jamie was phenomenal. As a first time homebuyer, I was not sure about much of the process and a lot of nerves and uncertainty. She did a great job of clearly explaining all of the information and making us feel comfortable that we were working with someone who had our best interests in mind. She is very knowledgeable on the area and helped us find what we were looking for. I would recommend Jamie to anybody looking to move to the Indianapolis area.

Jamie Carmosino is absolutely amazing! Right from the start, she helped point out a mortgage product that got the process off on the right foot. Then listened to what hear what the wish list was for the house and started sending ideas to help create a baseline of likes and dislikes. Once that was done, she really kicked it into a whole new level of awesome and started finding options that fit the formula of a perfect house. Once the right place was found, she insisted on many things including going through the home inspection ( provided to us prior to the our final offers) and developed a great strategy to help purchase the house for the right amount.
