I had a great experience, if my agent didn't have the answer to something at the moment, she found out the info right away. Professional and down to earth at the same time, which made it easier to communicate. She was straight-forward when it came to the different things we come across while looking. She get to know you and what you want, and then she concentrate on that,but if she think you maybe interested in something else, she will run it by you, just in case.
