Being out of state and purchasing a house during a booming market and Covid-19 was a little more complicated than usual. Jamie Bateman was helpful, responsive, easy to communicate with. He made the process from start to finish as easy as possible. It was a pleasure working with Jamie and would highly recommend.

Overall, we had a very positive experience. Jamie Bateman was super responsive and we really appreciated that. He did very well negotiating money from seller after the results of the inspection. He also was awesome at handling other parties involved in the transaction.
