At every stage of the property search, Jamie’s ability to communicate the most relevant information about condition, location and longterm value, made our decision making process very easy. She is extremely professional and is a great listener to the needs of the client. We felt very secure with her representing us.
Jamie and her team helped us sell my mom's house in Metairie, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The home sold in just days, and they handled every detail along the way, making the process smooth and stress-free for our family. We couldn't be more grateful and highly recommend them.
I have worked with Jamie to purchase 2 homes and sell 1. In all three of my experiences, Jamie has been consistently dedicated to me as a client. She has moved fast when we have needed her to, which in both occasions has led us to our offers being accepted for the homes of our dreams! Jamie worked hard to get our home on the market quickly, she advised us on the many layers of the selling process, how and what we could negotiate, and she connected us to many helpful resources. I know I can trust Jamie! I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent in New Orleans!!
Very supportive, patient, and listens well. Sees all the possible scenarios ahead of time and is able to closely predict outcomes. It's great to know that there are things that we just never had to figure out because she was so far ahead of us.
Very responsive to all questions and concerns, easy to work with, highly personable, made the entire process simple and quick.
She demonstrates strong market knowledge that helps sell properties quickly and efficiently. She sets properties up to make sure it’s the highest and best exposure. Her recommendations were in line with the appraisal.
This is the third time we’ve engaged Jamie’s service. She goes to great lengths to provide a smooth, effortless transaction each time. From providing expert market knowledge to top notch negotiating. Going about and beyond by staging, then assisting with the closing and even overseeing move out. We highly recommend her and her team of professionals.
Absolutely on the ball. We’ve bought and sold a dozen homes over the years. Our overall experience with Jamie was the best.
This is the second time we have worked with Jamie and she is an amazing agent and true professional. She has a deep knowledge of New Orleans neighborhoods and history. I highly recommend Jamie Amdal Hughes!
Jamie is extremely knowledgeable about the market and has incredible, tactful negotiating skills. She communicates timely, with thoughtful suggestions and recommendations. We would highly recommend her services
We were looking for a high degree of professionalism along with the basic blocking and tackling you expect from your agent, and that is what we got with Jamie. She also earned high marks for being energetic, collaborative and disciplined. She has consistently performed well for us, whether buying or selling.
