My husband and I knew we wanted to work with Jamia as soon as we knew we wanted to buy a house. She began demonstrating how much she genuinely cared about our satisfaction with our home way back when I lived as a single person in my apartment. She always reassured me that I could buy a home and never made me feel like what I wanted was out of reach. When my husband and I knew we were going to start a family, we started renting a home in the area we wanted to live in. Very quickly, Jamia got to know exactly what it was we wanted. We gave her a very small area to search (I want to be close to work) and our budget which didn’t seem doable for the area we needed and all of our specifications. But she never gave up. At the most unlikely time in a very difficult market and with both my husband and I being self employed, we managed to make it happen. Jamia found us our first family home and we couldn’t be happier. We are in a GREAT neighborhood, minutes from my work, and the best part is how safe I feel letting my toddler learn to walk around the house and our private backyard with our pup!
