Jami Barringer did an overall excellent job. She kept us informed and she was always available to answer our calls or call us back in a timely manner.

This is the first home we have ever bought, and we were walking into this with very little knowledge of how everything worked. Jami really helped explain the steps that we would be going through; she also gave excellent recommendations and options when it came to choosing an inspector or a warranty. I grew anxious about various aspects of the process multiple times, but she was exceptional at reaching out to other parties so that she could give us accurate information quickly. Our family is truly grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I am personally grateful for her ability to negate stress! She is fantastic at her job! Jami answered any questions we had on how everything worked and gave fantastic suggestions. We were very happy to have someone who knew how negotiations worked help us to make these important decisions. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process which was incredibly helpful in making this purchase for our family. We talked to family and friends before starting the search for our home, and they all told us that it was going to be stressful. I had a broker for nearly a year. He was uncommunicative and did little after the initial listing. I finally fired him. By chance i saw a commercial on TV for Homelight.com, a free realtor referral service and decided to give them a try. They recommended Century 21 in Jacksonville so I called. The receptionist put me in contact with Jami. It was my good fortune. She was exactly what I needed. She was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative, and she worked very hard for me, going above and beyond for a property that was in poor shape and needed a lot of work. Jami was so nice and friendly when we had the first meeting with her.
