What kind of Realtor would advise a Buyer to pay less than they’re willing to pay?? One that’s extremely confident in her abilities to communicate effectively with the Seller’s agent AND also really care about the best interest of her client as a Buyer…. This is extremely rare to find. I’ve had dozens of real estate transactions both as a Buyer and Seller (residential and commercial) and I can honestly say Jamey Tak is the only agent I have worked with that I can confidently recommend to anyone, including my own family, without any hesitation. My husband and I recently finished two 1031 exchange purchase transactions with Jamey competing with multiple offers in both cases. She excels at her ability to communicate efficiently while also connecting well emotionally with other agents. But to be exceptional, you have to possess those certain “soft skills” that are hard to quantify, and even harder to find. Jamey was a key component in helping us gain our dream home for my family. She also guided us through the process and was able to have our offer accepted on our first bid ever on a home.
