Wow! All I can say is wow! When our A/C went out on a day when heat index was 109 and soonest our warranty company could get a rep to us was 6 days later, James Wu and Craig Johnson got someone to us within 90 minutes! Short story is our A/C was working within 2 hours of calling them! These guys are amazing! Not only did they respond immediately on the day before a national holiday, they maintain constant contact at all times.
