James Wood

James Wood helped me sell my parent's home in 2017 and we sought him out when we were ready to sell our own home and upgrade in January 2020. He came to our house and provided helpful ideas to get our house ready to show and list. We followed his suggestions and we had an offer on our house the same week it was listed. He helped us find our new house, too. James was right there with us when the country started to close down as we were nearing our closing dates due to Covid-19. He was always courteous and helpful with any questions we had. He's a true professional and he has helpful network of other professionals that make buying a home a seamless process. James really is "the.best.realtor.ever." The video James did for our home was unbelievable! Our home sold 12 hours after hitting the market, without the buyer stepping in the house, in the middle of a PANDEMIC! Again we couldn't have done it without James. He made the process so easy.
