I don't think this deal would have closed if I did not have James as my agent. He is honest and goes above and beyond for his clients. I was selling a property in MD and I live out of state. James was my eyes and ears through a renovation and held my hand through the entire process. He went the extra mile to help me find trustworthy people to renovate my property and checked on it to make sure everything was being done properly. He helped me make an informed decision on how to price my listing to sell and his knowledge of the market sold it quickly. James is so easy to work with. I cannot say enough about James's expertise, market knowledge and professionalism.
