James is fantastic. He sold my mother's house for me in San Francisco and took care of every detail of the sale. As I live in another state, James helped arranged the sale of contents and clearing out the property. He recommended and managed all the things necessary to get the house in presentable order for sale (floor refinishing, painting, staging, inspections, etc.). No detail was too small for him to cheerfully take care of. Everything he recommended to do to the property helped us get an excellent sale price, which by the way, he set ahead of time and met expectations. He found great buyers in a timely manner.
