James managed our property for 3 years and done a excellent job of getting the rent on time and keeping the tenant happy. So when we decided to sell we let him list it. We live out of state so James and his team handled most of the repairs. And the best part he got the first contract in 12 hrs. The whole process went off wit out a hitch. I would highly recommend him!!
