Navigating the rollercoaster ride of selling your home can be challenging. Jim’s calm, professional reactions, guidance and interfacing with others was a major stress reducer. We knew we were in good hands from listing to assessing buyers to all the associated paperwork. Jim’s effect use of technology was also helpful. Emails sent were also followed by text notifications to check your mailbox; flyers and photos were excellent. Jim also communicated with our tenant about showings and open houses, ensuring her privacy and house availability simultaneously.
