James was very pleasant to work with, very chill, friendly and always cheery. He was also patient and willing to meet me frequently and willing to discuss anything that came up in a timely manner. Any questions he wasn't able to answer, he would always look into and get back to me with answers. He was a bit passive at times around resolving some issues, requiring me to insist on a few things here and there, but overall I thought he was great to work with and I would use him again.
