I'm sure some can share a not so good experience with a realtor. They all aren't built alike just like a home. So, sharing my thoughts is worth me taking the time to write a review about Jim, my realtor. If you are looking for a realtor, these are the qualities you'll receive from him: 1. He is hard working. 2. Always there for you no matter what hour. 3. Will always respond back to you. (an important factor) 4. He knows the market well. 5. Will guide you thru the process along the way. 6. Takes the burdens and weight of the process off your shoulders. 7. He makes you feel your his only client. 8. Has your best interest at heart. 9. Knows how to negotiate to get the sale or purchase accomplished. 10. Jim is your realtor person you can trust. 11. He goes above and beyond for you and doesn't complain. I speak with personal experience and facts about him. I have recommended and referred him many times with happy people who have used his expertise. He loves his job, plus does his job. He's the total package you'd want in a realtor, he's one of a kind.

Jim was such a wonderful asset to our home search. We were looking during the COVID months of June and July. We were able to get great references from Jim to work with other great and helpful people. The way we had to work around the market, we felt that we would still be looking for a house for the next six months. Jim continued his positivity and kept a level of professionalism through the whole search. He is very personable and wants what is best for you. He worked with us to make sure we got an amazing first home. He was not afraid to show us what might be wrong with a house or what we may need to watch or change throughout the years of living there. He will talk you out of a home that won’t fit you, if he knows what your goals are. He never tried to sell us a home for the sake of his own gain. He came in to our search as more of a friend/family member to make sure we were truly taken care of. I wish I could buy another property just to go on the journey again with him. It was truly a pleasure o work with Jim, and he made a really tough market look easy and feel really fun. We made several offers, but we landed on the house that really fits us best.

My wife and I were first time home buyers and Jim was amazing at educating and helping us through the home buying experience. We had some rough times with the market being the way it was but Jim was always upbeat and picking us up when we were down. He stuck by us through our first purchase and he truly felt like part of our little family when the process was over. My wife and I will both miss the fun times we had going through houses.
