After having a couple agents introduce me to this "new market" by telling me that we are going to bid over asking price and sometimes without inspections, I was feeling overwhelmed and in over my head because I was uncomfortable. Jimmy changed that immediately by taking a lot of time in explaining to me how we were going to take our stance. He also reassured me that we wouldn't do anything I wasn't comfortable with.Jimmy is an amazing and down to earth agent that looked at my situation and took the stance of where I was coming from when introducing me to every place! Jimmy was excellent at looking into the history of the places we looked at and was excellent about looking up comps in the area to make sure I didn't get in over my head with a place.As a matter of fact I was so comfortable with him that I made an offer on the place I bought after he Facetime video walked me through. I eventually went to look at it in person, but that should show just how comfortable I was with him!!Also should mention my parents are ultra picky and after meeting with Jimmy on a couple places with us and hearing his strategy they have chose him to look at their new house.Definitely recommend Jimmy and will be returning to him when I'm ready to do it again!
